New cables, housing, chain and bar tape.
Tuned and ready to roll for the long haul. All parts are in amazing condition mechanically and aesthetically speaking.
There are only 3 paint blemishes on the frame. I have photos of those here.
No rust inside or outside. This is a beautiful example of a Heron.

Frame: Reynold 531 Tubing, high end double butted, handmade by Waterford Precision
Fork: Custom made for Heron by Waterford.
Headset: Shimano Dura Ace 7400
Shifters: Shimano Dura Ace Bar End Shifter, 2 x 8
Derailleurs: Shimano Dura Ace 7400
Crank: Shimano Dura Ace, 170mm, Sugino 75 48/38 chainrings
Chain: NEW!! KMC X8
Cassette: Shimano XTR 8 Speed, 11-28
Brakes: Shimano Dura Ace 7400
Handlebar: Nitto B115 42CM
Stem: Nitto Pearl 11, NEW OLD STOCK (this was it’s first install!)
Seatpost: Nitto 65 27.2
Saddle: Lazer by San Marco, very little use.
Wheel set: Shimano Dura Ace 7400 hubs laced to Mavic MA40. Very little use
Tires: Challenge Paris Roubaix 700x27
