Comes as pictured.
Tuned and ready to roll! Very low mileage and hours. New bar tape, on extensions. There are a couple of scratches on the cranks arms due to chain drops in the past (No longer an issue after tuning). There is one small blemish on the top tube (see pics) but nothing major and that is it. It is a very small scratch.
Also a set of Reynolds Carbon Tubular Aero wheels are available for an additional $200. Just ask!

Frame: Felt Dual Aero TT / Tri UHC Performance carbon fiber, Modular Monocoque Construction (MMC)
Fork: Felt Aero TT / Tri UHC Performance carbon fiber blades & dropouts with 1.125″ aluminum steerer tube
Shifters: MicroSHIFT TT / Tri 11-speed bar-end shifters.
Derailleurs: Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speed, front derailleur is a braze on.
Crankset: FSA Omega Compact BB30, 50/34T rings
Cassette: Shimano 105 11-speed, 11–28T
Chain: Shimano 6800, measures .25. So basically new.
Brakes: Front Brake: Dual-pivot aerodynamic alloy caliper.
Rear Brake: TRP / Felt Aero TT Direct-Mount aerodynamic under-chainstay caliper (tucked behind/under bottom bracket)

Basebar: Felt Bayonet 3 base bar (31.8mm).
Aerobar Extensions: Felt ƒ-Bend 3-position adjustable aluminum extensions with dimpled gel arm pads.
NEW bar tape on extensions.
Stem: Felt SuperLite / Devox Tri, ±17° rise
Seatpost: Felt DA/B Aero UHC carbon fiber (350mm) with integrated aerodynamic DA/B seat clamp.
Saddle: Fizik Aliante S
Wheel set: Felt TTR4 aero alloy clincher (22mm width, 30mm depth).
Hubs: Felt R3 sealed bearing hubs (24H front / 28H rear, 11-speed).
Spokes: 2.0mm stainless steel with alloy nipples
Tires: Vittoria Zaffiro Slick, 700c × 23c
